I really enjoyed using this product. I got it from my friend slightly used, so the pump was broken when I got it >.< However, with the consistency of the emulsion, it was still easy to get the product out of the bottle.

Application: 9/10

The Phyto Aqua Emulsion is simple to apply. You just dispense the appropriate amount onto your hand or directly onto your face. Then, rub it in a circular motion into your skin and pat in to finish.

Moisture: 7/10

This emulsion was pretty hydrating. I think it moisturized my skin really well, but the product didn’t deeply penetrate my skin.

Packaging: 8/10

The bottle is thick glass, so it’s a little heavy. You have to be careful not to drop it since it could break. Like I mentioned earlier, the pump was broken because it fell from a shelf. However, the top can screw off, which allowed me to get all of the emulsion out.

Scent: 9/10

There’s little to no scent, so it’s perfect for those who don’t like strongly scented products. It was a little ocean breeze-ish scent to me.

Feeling: 9/10

The Phyto Aqua Emulsion felt really nice on my skin. It wasn’t sticky and absorbed fairly well into my skin. It did take a little extra time for it to fully penetrate my skin, so there was a lot of tapping to make sure it was properly applied before putting on the next step of my skincare.

Final Thoughts & Recommendation:

This product was really nice to use. I highly recommend it for people with combination skin or slightly oily skin since it’s hydrating, but not super oily. I think it would be great to use in the summer or in warmer areas since it’s a thin emulsion. I give this an 8.5/10, so if you come across it, definitely try it out!

All of my reviews are based off of my own experiences. I’ll never give a high rating on a product if I don’t like it. Even if it’s a popular product, I’ll still call it like I see it.
